Our Services
Renaissance Woodworks is a design-build studio with a style rooted in Japanese architecture. The construction techniques employed in our furniture often feature interlocking knock down joinery similar to the joinery found in Japanese timber framing. Our projects range from unique pieces of furniture and custom kitchen cabinetry, to Tulikivi thermal mass fireplaces.
Our emphasis is in the design and execution of each project with a commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and total customer satisfaction. Our cabinetry is constructed with full 3/4" veneered formaldhide free plywood sides and either solid wood or veneered MDF doors. Wherever possible we will use FSC certified hardwoods in our furniture and cabinetry projects. Drawers are fully dovetailed with 1/2" bottoms. All of our kitchen cabinets feature premium Blum door hinges and drawer glides.
